Personalised Life Coaching
Our coaching sessions give students a safe and supportive space to:

- Tackle imposter syndrome and self-doubt
- Set clear goals and develop strategies to achieve them
Each session is student-led and tailored to their unique needs.
This one-to-one support has been shown to improve confidence, reduce anxiety, and help students take ownership of their university journey.
Mentoring That Makes a Difference
We also offer mentoring support to help build connections and leadership within student communities.
This includes:
- Peer-to-peer mentoring programmes
- Mentoring training for students and staff
These sessions focus on creating meaningful relationships that help students support each other and build a stronger, more inclusive university culture.
